Responsibilities:

Our Management Trainee program will train every people that come in through our door with 3 skill. Our training will be using "Learning by Doing" system. Those 3 skill will be :

• Communication Skill
• Leadership Skill
• Management Skill

People that passed our Management Trainee Program will be expected to be able to manage  a strong and solid team to continue on our expansion plan. In this program we not only educate people about sales skill or marketing skill, but also we educate about life skill.
